The announcement appears on the CCCi page, but not on the United States Campus Ministry (uscm.org) page. You’re probably right, and I see a qualification where they say “this change only affects the US”. Post has been updated. Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the trackback. If I may point out a technical detail, Campus Crusade for Christ International (CCCI) is not changing its name, at least not from what I’ve read. It’s their United States operations which will change their name.

You just noted two guys: one who you say is a “nice” guy who also asks women to describe what they’re wearing (not men? if not, then it seems demeaning, which is not “nice”), and the other is a guy whom you never use the word “nice” for but you actually describe a pretty nice guy. It’s an interesting combo! Thanks for sharing the “why”… #ff has always seemed a waste to me because if I know nothing at all about a person I’m not going to follow them!
